Buying and selling a house is inherently stressful, and bluntly, I dislike real estate agents.

That said, Nichelle Boyland and Century 21st changed my perception. SOME agents are awesome, and I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Nichelle Boyland and Century 21st.  In 30 days, we did BOTH a pocket sale AND a purchase. Neither could be finished without the other being completed, and Nichelle made sure they BOTH finished...on our timeline.

Nichelle kept US copied on the information, and there was a LOT of information! She even sent documents several times to make sure we had a copy.  Nichelle deftly navigated us around to make sure WE did everything we needed to do.

When we had questions, Nichelle made sure we had answers.  When we got stressed (and we did get stressed), Nichelle professionally "talked us down" and got us back on track.
